The Secretary of Agriculture must sell all mineral rights the United States now owns that were set aside or bought under programs run by the Resettlement Administration, the Farm Security Administration, or the Farmers Home Administration. The sale does not include minerals held under sections 1010 to 1012 or under the labor-camp liquidation program in Public Law 298, Eightieth Congress.
