Fluid milk products — milk items normally drunk as beverages. Person — any individual, group, business, co-op, or other organization. Producer — anyone who makes milk for commercial use. Promotion — paid ads, publicity, sales efforts, and similar actions to boost dairy image and sales. Research — studies on marketing and promotion effectiveness, nutrition of milk, and related work to increase demand. Nutrition education — activities that teach sound nutrition and milk’s role in a balanced diet. United States (geographic) — all the States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Imported dairy product — any dairy brought into the United States, such as milk and cream, butter and butterfat mixes, cheese, casein, and similar items. Importer — a person who brings an imported dairy product into the United States. Customs — the United States Customs Service.
