Finalized flood map changes for listed communities
If you live in or own or lease property in one of the listed communities, FEMA finalized new flood maps (LOMRs) that change Base Flood Elevations, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries, zone designations, or regulatory floodways. These LOMRs were finalized on the dates shown in the table (examples: Oct 25, 2024; Nov 12, 2024) and the new maps are available online at the FEMA Map Service Center; your flood insurance requirements and local building rules could change as a result.
Communities must adopt floodplain measures to keep NFIP status
The new or modified flood hazard information is the basis for floodplain management measures that each listed community is required to adopt or to show are already in effect in order to remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The LOMRs were finalized on the dates shown in the table (examples: Oct 29, 2024; Nov 4, 2024).
