Published Date: 1/10/2025

Notice

Summary

The government is removing some products and services from the special Procurement List that supports people who are blind or severely disabled. Starting February 9, 2025, these items won’t be bought through this program anymore, but small businesses might get new chances to supply them. This change won’t cause extra paperwork or big money shifts, just a fresh update to who provides what.

The Committee certified this deletion will not cause additional reporting, recordkeeping, or other compliance requirements for small entities and that the action may result in authorizing small entities to furnish the deleted product(s) and service(s) to the Government.
