Review Rescinded; No New Rates

The Department of Commerce rescinded the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain stainless steel plate in coils from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. Because Commerce found no reviewable (suspended) import entries during that period, the companies named will not receive a new antidumping-duty assessment rate for this review. This rescission is applicable January 13, 2025.

Assessment at Cash Deposit Rates

Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry or withdrawal for consumption. Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after publication of this rescission notice (published January 13, 2025).
