Nearly $199M Funded for Youth Disability Transition

The Department of Education's Rehabilitation Services Administration awarded $198,975,322 in grant funding to 20 States under the FFY 2023 Disability Innovation Fund to support Pathways to Partnerships model demonstration projects. The projects (awarded as five-year cooperative agreements in September 2023) aim to deliver transition services to children with disabilities ages 10–13 and youth with disabilities ages 14–24 to improve education and employment outcomes.
