New Residential Dock at Martin Dam
Alabama Power Company applied to allow Harmony Cove, LLC to build one residential dock in Elmore County at the Martin Dam project that would accommodate 16 watercraft. The licensee previously permitted a ten-slip dock and concrete boat ramp in 2021; together the proposal would allow the ramp and two docks to accommodate a total of 26 watercraft. The Commission is accepting comments and motions to intervene through February 14, 2025.
