Sartell Dam Allowed to Keep Operating
Eagle Creek Sartell Hydro, LLC is issued an annual license to operate the Sartell Dam Hydroelectric Project (Project No. 8315) from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026. If a new license is not issued on or before February 28, 2026, the annual license automatically renews under 18 CFR 16.18(c) until the Commission acts or orders otherwise.
