ITC Investigation Could Lead to Remedies

On March 21, 2025 the administrative law judge issued an Initial Determination finding a violation of Section 337 and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding. If the Commission finds a violation, the recommended relief (including remedy and bonding) could apply to companies that make or sell the named liquid coolers. The Commission is asking the public and government agencies to submit comments on the public interest issues raised by that recommended relief.
