Multiple Pipeline Filings Announced
FERC received filings from several natural gas pipelines (Golden Pass, Iroquois, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, Bear Creek Storage, and Midcontinent Express) with comment deadlines at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on April 2, 2025 (Golden Pass) and April 7, 2025 (other filings). Iroquois Negotiated Rate Effective 4/1/2025
Iroquois Gas Transmission System filed a Section 4(d) negotiated rate filing stated to be effective April 1, 2025. Parties who may be affected should note that specific rate takes effect on 2025-04-01 and may choose to intervene or protest by the April 7, 2025 comment date.
Penalty Revenue Crediting Reports Filed
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America filed a Penalty Revenue Crediting Report for July–December 2024, and Midcontinent Express Pipeline filed its 2025 Annual Penalty Revenue Crediting Report. These are compliance filings that relate to how penalty revenues are reported and credited.
