FERC Finds No Significant Environmental Impact
FERC staff prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and concluded the proposed surrender and decommissioning "would not constitute a major federal action that would significantly affect the quality of the human environment." This is the Commission staff's formal finding in the EA for Project No. P-3633-044.
Public Comment Period and Assistance
