No-fault vaccine injury compensation
If you or a child was injured by a covered childhood vaccine, you may seek no-fault compensation through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program by filing a petition with the United States Court of Federal Claims. The Secretary of HHS is named as respondent and HRSA handles the Program while the Court appoints special masters to decide eligibility and compensation.
Eligibility beyond the Vaccine Injury Table
The Vaccine Injury Table (at 42 CFR 100.3) lists covered childhood vaccines, conditions, and time periods; you can receive compensation for conditions listed on the Table. You can also seek compensation for conditions not listed in the Table or for conditions manifested outside the Table time periods, but only if you show the condition was caused by a listed vaccine.

HRSA published a notice listing petitions received between May 1, 2025 and May 31, 2025; the notice lists petitioner names, city/state of vaccination (or filer), and Court of Federal Claims docket numbers and includes 107 listed petitions (with redactions where the Court redacted names or case numbers).
Opportunity to submit written information
Interested persons may submit written information relevant to listed petitions to the Clerk of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (original plus three copies) and provide a copy to HRSA at Director, Division of Injury Compensation Programs, 5600 Fishers Lane, 8W-25A, Rockville, Maryland 20857; include the Court caption and docket number on submissions.
