Deadlines to Comment on FERC Filings
The notice lists deadlines to file protests, interventions, or comments for many electric industry filings: Avista’s market power filing is due by 5:00 p.m. ET on 2025-09-02; a large group of Northwest and Southwest market power filings are due by 5:00 p.m. ET on 2025-08-29; and several Sec. 205(d) rate filings and a tariff amendment generally have comment dates of 5:00 p.m. ET on 2025-07-24. If you want to intervene or protest, you must file by those exact dates and times to participate in the proceedings.

We are publishing our regulatory agenda (the Agenda) in accordance with Public Law 96-354, "The Regulatory Flexibility Act," and Executive Order 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review."
