Venezuelan TPS Ends November 7, 2025
If you are a national of Venezuela (or a person without nationality who last habitually resided in Venezuela) with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from the 2021 designation, your TPS will end on November 7, 2025. The 2021 designation had been set to expire on September 10, 2025, but DHS is terminating the designation effective November 7, 2025. After that date you will no longer have TPS and may lose authorization to remain and work in the United States.
