Landowners May Face Easement Talks and Condemnation

You are not required to sign an agreement, but if the Commission approves the project the company could seek condemnation (eminent domain) in court and a judge would determine compensation under state law.
Construction Will Disturb and Permanently Use Land
The project would disturb about 67.0 acres for construction, leave about 8.1 acres permanently for operation, and require new permanent easement for about 1.3 miles of pipeline.
