USITC Finds Folder Imports Hurt Industry
On September 22, 2025, the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that U.S. makers of paper file folders are materially injured by imports of paper file folders from Sri Lanka (HTSUS subheading 4820.30.00). The Commission noted that the U.S. Department of Commerce found those imports were sold in the United States at less than fair value.
