3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.
Annual TA Report Requirement
Fifty State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) that receive awards must submit a Technical Assistance (TA) Report via FORHP's Data Collection Platform no later than 60 days after the end of each 12-month budget period. Grant dollars are awarded annually, and HRSA uses the annual reports to measure consistent use of grant funds.
Changes to TA Data Form Fields
HRSA proposes minor revisions to the TA Data Form: removal of the 'Type of audience collaborated with' section, edits to response categories under 'Topic area collaborations,' and adding two response options under 'Types of Clients that Received TA' to capture new and returning organizations. These edits change what SORH grantees will report about their TA activities.
Estimated Reporting Time Burden
HRSA estimates the TA Report will take 13.5 hours per response and that 50 respondents will submit one response each year, for a total estimated annualized burden of 675 hours. HRSA requests public comment on the accuracy of this estimated burden.
