Data Collection to Track Rural Health Impact

HRSA will collect performance data to assess RNBR-OP awardees' progress and to monitor program impact and improvements in rural underserved areas of Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. The data collection covers capacity/organizational information, workforce training, access/population demographics, direct clinical services, and sustainability.
