Continued RSA-509 Annual Reporting

Data Supports Disability Rights Oversight

The RSA-509 data collection will continue to be used to analyze and evaluate the Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights (PAIR) Program under Section 509 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The Department uses the reports to meet statutory data requirements, indicate trends year-to-year, evaluate program effectiveness, and furnish the President and Congress with data that support future funding requests for services that protect legal and human rights of people with disabilities.
