Training Providers Must Submit Participant Data

If you are a training provider, Manufacturing USA Institute, or an EDA grant recipient, you may be asked to submit participant-level data (name, date of birth, address, program start/end dates, and job status) via a Microsoft Excel file uploaded to the Census Bureau's Centurion secure portal. The Census estimates 230 respondents total, with an estimated 1 hour per response annually and 230 total annual burden hours; respondent obligation is voluntary and the estimated annual cost to the public is $0. Comments on this collection must be received by August 11, 2026.

Participant Personal Data Collected and Protected

The collection will gather personally identifiable information about individuals in workforce programs, including names, dates of birth, addresses, program dates, and job status, and link those records to Census demographic, household, and jobs data to measure program outcomes.
