Boaters Restricted From Event Zones
Starting July 17, 2026, during listed marine events on the Columbia River you may not enter the regulated area unless you get permission from the Captain of the Port Columbia River or their designated representative. The rule says the Special Local Regulations cover all navigable waters within each event's defined regulated area in Table 1 of 33 CFR 100.1302.
