Investigations into Chinese Glyphosate Imports

On June 30, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission instituted antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into glyphosate imports from China to determine whether those imports are being sold at less than fair value or subsidized and whether U.S. industry is materially injured. The Commission must reach a preliminary determination within 45 days, by August 14, 2026, and transmit its views to the Department of Commerce by August 21, 2026.
