During that closed portion, members of the public will not be permitted to present questions or speak to issues under consideration.

Written comments must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting (i.e., by July 13, 2026) to be made available to the Board before the meeting; comments received after July 13, 2026 may not be provided to the BoV until its next meeting.
