Salmonella Initiative Program Renewal Continues

FSIS estimates 79 official slaughter establishments participate, each averaging 325 responses per year, for a total annual respondent burden of 17,628 hours; the current OMB approval expires January 31, 2027 and comments are due September 14, 2026.
