The County voted on June 30, 2026 to authorize HCRA to file, and HCRA says it has provided a copy of its verified notice to all customers on the Line.

Carrier obligations and interchange commitment status
The filing states that GSIR indicated it would not oppose the change and that GSIR will be released from its common carrier obligation. HCRA also certifies that the proposed transaction does not impose or include an interchange commitment.
