Federal Non‑Recognition of Certain Birthright Citizens

The Secretary of State, Attorney General, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Commissioner of Social Security must align their regulations and policies with this order, and heads of executive departments must issue public guidance by September 5, 2026 (within 30 days).
