The draft modified GP incorporates facility-specific conditions for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery which will allow the facility to obtain coverage under the draft modified GP. Additionally, the draft modified GP proposes a modification to the chlorine monitoring requirements for all facilities covered under the GP.
