HVRP funds over 150 discretionary grants that serve nearly 16,000 veterans experiencing homelessness, veterans at-risk of homelessness, and incarcerated veterans annually, along with nearly 40 Stand Down events. This collection will contain reports submitted by HVRP grant recipients.
