Employers who use a previously approved blanket L petition to classify employees as L-1 intra-company transferees must continue to use the same form and provide the same information.
Information Sharing and Use for Enforcement
Information submitted on Form I-129S may be shared with Federal, State, local, and foreign government agencies and authorized organizations, and may be used for law enforcement purposes or in the interest of national security. USCIS states that submission is voluntary but that the information may be disclosed for those purposes.
