IEX added to $0.25 routing fee

Starting October 1, 2026, Cboe EDGX will append fee code RP to applicable Customer (Priority Customer) orders routed to IEX Exchange, Inc., and assess a charge of $0.25 per contract. The $0.25 per-contract charge is the same fee code RP already applied to certain other away options venues and will apply to Members' Customer orders in non-penny (and, as applicable, penny) classes routed to IEX.

Fee applied uniformly; routing remains optional

The Exchange will apply fee code RP automatically and uniformly to all Members' applicable Customer orders routed to IEX. Routing through EDGX is optional, and market participants can choose to direct order flow to other venues if they prefer.
