Summary
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to convey specified property (22.98 acres) to the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation located in Bethel, Alaska, for use in connection with health and social services programs. States that the Secretary's conveyance of title by warranty deed shall, on its effective date, supersede and render of no future effect any quitclaim deed to the property executed by the Secretary and the Corporation. Specifies that the conveyance of such property under this Act: shall be made by warranty deed; shall not require any consideration from the Corporation for the property; shall not impose any obligation, term, or condition on the Corporation; and shall not allow for any reversionary interest of the United States in the property. Shields the Corporation from liability for any environmental contamination on the conveyed property. Requires the Secretary to: (1) be accorded access to the conveyed property as may be reasonably necessary to satisfy any retained obligations and liability; and (2) comply with requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 regarding the transfer of U.S. real property on which any hazardous substance was stored for one year or more, disposed of, or known to have been released.
