Summary
This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to provide for full OASDI benefits, without regard to age, for disabled individuals who are widowed. In addition, the bill exempts disabled individuals who are widowed from certain reductions in OASDI benefits and otherwise revises provisions related to such reductions.
