Awards a single Congressional Gold Medal to the women of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion in recognition of their pioneering military service, devotion to duty, and contributions to morale among U.S. personnel in the European Theater during World War II. The Secretary of the Treasury will determine the medal's design and may strike bronze duplicates for sale to cover production costs, with the U.S. Mint Public Enterprise Fund paying medal costs and receiving proceeds from duplicate sales, and the Smithsonian will receive the gold medal for display and make it available at sites connected to the 6888th including the Women in Military Service for America Memorial, the U.S. Army Women’s Museum, the National World War II Museum and Memorial, and the National Museum of the United States Army.

The U.S. Mint can make and sell bronze copies of the Six Triple Eight Congressional Gold Medal. Prices must cover all costs, including labor, materials, dies, machine time, and overhead. Money from sales goes into the Mint Public Enterprise Fund, which can pay the costs to make the medals. This takes effect upon enactment.
