Summary

Creates and installs permanent statues of Associate Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg in the U.S. Capitol to honor their service. The Joint Committee on the Library must consult the House and Senate administration committees, obtain and contract artists — including applicants from underrepresented backgrounds — and direct the Architect of the Capitol to place the statues in prominent Capitol locations, with priority given near the Old Supreme Court Chamber. *Allows use of up to $500,000 from the Capitol Preservation Fund for each statue to pay creation and installation costs.*
