Designates U.S. Route 20 across 12 states as the National Medal of Honor Highway. The law names the sections in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts to honor current and future Medal of Honor recipients and says any federal law, map, regulation, or document that refers to the route will be treated as a reference to the National Medal of Honor Highway.
