Central Yukon land plan canceled

The law cancels the federal land-use plan for the Central Yukon. It disapproves the Bureau of Land Management rule issued November 12, 2024. Under the Congressional Review Act, that rule has no force or effect now. A GAO letter on June 25, 2025 confirmed it is a rule. BLM cannot use that plan to manage those lands, and people who live near or use them may see changes in access, permits, or projects compared with the canceled plan.
