Cancel H-2A farm worker wage rule

If enacted, this joint resolution would cancel a Department of Labor rule about how H-2A wages are set. The rule is titled "Adverse Effect Wage Rate Methodology for the Temporary Employment of H-2A Nonimmigrants in Non-Range Occupations in the United States" and was published at 90 Fed. Reg. 47914 on Oct. 2, 2025. The cancelled rule would have no force or effect upon enactment. If you hire H-2A workers, you would avoid any higher wage costs the rule might have required. If you are an H-2A worker, you would not get any higher wages the cancelled rule might have produced.
