Block sale of 155mm shells to Israel

This resolution would disapprove and block a specific foreign military sale to Israel. It covers Transmittal No. 24-16, sent under the Arms Export Control Act and published on February 10, 2025. It would stop shipment of 10,000 M107 and/or M795 155mm high explosive shells and related non‑MDE items, including other 155mm rounds, publications, technical documents, U.S. government and contractor engineering, technical and logistics support, studies and surveys, and other program support. The ban would apply only to that sale and would take effect upon enactment.
