SBA Spanish Resource Report Act

Summary

Creates a public inventory of Spanish-language SBA resources. This bill would require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to deliver a publicly posted report within 180 days that catalogs Spanish-language websites, application materials, guidance, outreach and customer service resources and describes partner offerings. The Administrator would also brief the House and Senate small business committees within 30 days after the report is submitted.
