Faster visas for children of Filipino veterans

This bill would let some children of certain Filipino World War II veterans skip immigrant visa number caps. You must be eligible under section 203(a)(1) or (3), and have a parent (living or deceased) who was naturalized under section 405 of the 1990 Immigration Act or under title III of the 1940 law as added by the Second War Powers Act of 1942. If enacted, you would not count against per‑country or category visa limits, which could mean a visa sooner. This would not change who qualifies under those family categories, only the cap. The bill does not list an effective date or end date.
