Air Force training center for maintainers
If enacted, the Air Force would run a Technical Training Center of Excellence. The Commander of the Airmen Development Command would name its leader, and the Secretary would pick a base that already trains maintainers. The center would coordinate training across Air Force sites and serve as a top training location for maintainers from all military branches. It would publish best practices, push better curricula, facilities, and medical training, and partner with industry and colleges. It would share new aviation tech and training methods and take other tasks the Secretary approves.
