Delist gray wolves and block court review
If enacted, the Interior Secretary would have to reissue the November 3, 2020 rule that removed gray wolves from the endangered species list. This reissuance would have to happen within 60 days after enactment. It would end federal endangered species protections for gray wolves and could change state and tribal wildlife rules. Courts would not be allowed to review that reissuance, limiting legal challenges.
