One application for school safety grants

If enacted, the Attorney General would set up one application for school safety grants under two DOJ programs. Schools and local police could use one form when a project fits both the COPS and BJA programs. COPS or BJA staff would provide technical help to finish the application. This would not change who qualifies or how much money is available. It would start upon enactment.
