San Francisco federal building would be sold
The General Services Administration would have to sell or dispose of 90 7th St in San Francisco, including the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building, by May 31, 2025. It would first use the standard federal property disposal process. If that is not feasible, it would sell at fair market value for the highest and best use. A property survey could be required. Local buyers and neighbors could see changes; most households would not be directly affected.
