Emerging Digital Identity Ecosystem Report Act of 2025

Digital identity ecosystems are the focus of a new report the bill would require the Transportation Security Administration to deliver to Congress on the homeland security value of these systems in the transportation sector. The report would describe current and emerging systems, outline related benefits and risks, explain how they could better protect homeland security and boost U.S. competitive advantage, and include perspectives from the private sector and State, local, Tribal, and territorial governments within 180 days.
