Remove George Siple's remains from VA cemetery

Stricter checks before VA and Arlington burials
If enacted, VA and Arlington National Cemetery officials would have to search public records before a burial or memorial. They would take reasonable steps to ensure the person is not barred, including for committing a federal or state capital crime. The rule would apply only to burials or memorials that happen on or after the law’s enactment date.
