Restore U.S. aid to UNRWA

If enacted, this bill would restore U.S. funding authority for the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). It would repeal 2024 laws that blocked aid (Title III of division G of Public Law 118-47 and section 308 of Public Law 118-50). It would direct the Secretary of State to resume UNRWA funding as soon as practicable, consistent with any lifesaving-aid waiver, and subject to available appropriations, notwithstanding other laws. It would also tell the President to rescind the February 4, 2025 executive order that limited funding for some U.N. groups. These changes would take effect on the date of enactment.
