Fewer federal limits in dunes sagebrush lizard habitat
If enacted, the bill would remove the dunes sagebrush lizard from Endangered Species Act lists and block any future listing. If your land or project is in the lizard’s habitat, some Endangered Species Act limits and extra federal permit reviews would end. This could make it easier to build, drill, ranch, or develop in those areas. The change would take effect upon enactment.
