- Presidents and President-controlled entities: Would be barred from receiving Secret Service payments or reimbursements for hosting protective activities at a President's or former President's residence, while being allowed to provide those services as gifts.
- United States Secret Service: Would be prohibited from using federal funds to purchase, rent, lease, or otherwise procure lodging, meals, office space, or other expenses from a President or a President-controlled entity for protection at a President's residence.

No Secret Service payments to Presidents
The Secret Service would not be able to use federal money to pay a President or their companies. This would cover lodging, meals, office space, and other costs during protection at the President’s home. A President or their companies could gift those items to the Secret Service, even if other laws say no. It would apply to current and former Presidents. The change would take effect upon enactment.
