Show full summary
This bill would create a statutory requirement for the DOGE Administrator to report regularly to Congress on DOGE actions and their effects on every Federal agency.
- Federal agencies and employees would be tracked in detail. Weekly reports would list changes to office structure, policy, physical locations, and Federal employee counts, and would show the statutory authority for each change and realized versus expected benefits.
- Congress would receive a weekly accountability and impact report and an initial report within one week of enactment that covers DOGE activity since January 20, 2025.
- Reports must disclose any Federal agency data DOGE accessed, who accessed it, the purpose, and how the data was used. The bill would also designate the United States DOGE Service as the office charged with carrying out the President’s DOGE Agenda and monitoring federal technology and efficiency.
